Race for Life & Pretty Muddy

Kingston and Kempton Park Race for Life & Pretty Muddy (Saturday 4th July 2026) event has a 3k, 5k and 10k distance which can be walked, jogged, ran or take on the course however it suits you.

Feel the power of moving together with your fellow Race for Lifers and have fun with it. This event also has Pretty Muddy, you can climb, crawl and slide your way through our Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course. Kids aged 12 and under can get involved in Pretty Muddy Kids too (above the 1.2m tall). Go All In against cancer.
