Important Information for 2025

2025 badges are now on sale. If you haven’t yet had the opportunity to renew, please call 01638 675 500 option 4. Our office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. If you would like to pop in, we are based at the Commercial Offices at The Rowley Mile.


Please remember to bring your passcard & metal badge with you to every fixture and don’t forget that designated parking is provided. Please ensure your parking pass is clearly visible on the top right, passanger side of your windscreen.

 

Sadly, we have been informed that some annual badge holders have been removing their badges while in the Hong Kong and Severals bar and then bringing ‘non-badge-holders’ into the facilities. This is unfair on everyone that has paid to be a badge holder. We will be carrying out random badge checks throughout the season and will remove anyone from the racecourse if this continues. If badge swapping continues, we will have to consider stopping the issue of the metal badges and replacing them with photo lanyards. Please feel free to let us know if you see this happening and we can deal with it straightaway, we are at the Customer Relations Desk at the Rowley Mile and in the Free Pass Office at the July course on every raceday.

 

If your friends, or family members would like to benefit from our wonderful facilities, they can become annual badge holders as we have availability.

 

If badge swapping continues, we will have to consider stopping the issue of the metal badges and replacing them with photo lanyards.

Please note that vaping is prohibited in our Annual Badges facilities.

Surprise & Delights

We are excited to announce that we will continue to offer Surprise and Delights in 2025.

  • To be in with a chance of winning one of our fantastic prizes, all you need to do is complete a feedback card, include your name, and drop it in the box in the Hong Kong Suite (Annual Badge Holders) and Thoroughbred Lounge for all (Thoroughbred Lounge Badge Holders) at the Rowley Mile.
  • Alternatively drop it in the box in the Badge Holders pavilion at the July Course.
  • After each fixture, we will select a lucky winner and email confirmation the following week. There are 17 prizes on offer which range from tickets, entry into Champions Lawn, bottles of bubbles, table in the restaurant and many more.

 

A winner will be selected at random who will be notified by email or phone prior to the next fixture.

 

T&Cs - Open to all 2025 Badge Holders only. Please note there are no exchanges or cash alternatives available.

 

RECIPES 

Try out our delicious recipes at home. This one is perfect for entertaining friends and family this autumn.

 

Raspberry Fruit Smash

  • 50ml pink gin 
  • 35ml raspberry puree 
  • 5ml sugar syrup
  • 5ml lime juice
  • Add a spoon of frozen fruit
  • Top up with soda (once poured)

 

Combine the ingredients in a shaker, shake and pour over ice. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
