Caravan Park - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Market Rasen Racecourse Caravan Park

We want your stay to be relaxing, safe, and enjoyable. Please take a moment to read these key points from our Terms & Conditions.

🕓 Arrivals & Departures

• Check-in: from 12 noon
• Check-out: by 11am
• Late arrivals after 6pm may be charged; arrivals after 7pm in March and October are by prior agreement only.
• Full payment due one week before before arrival (two weeks before race meetings)

💳 Cancellations

We know plans can change — we’ll always try to be fair and flexible.

• 48 hours or more before your stay: Refund minus a £25 administration charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival date are non-refundable.
• If we need to cancel your booking: You’ll receive a full refund.

🚗 Access & Security

• You’ll receive a barrier fob and amenity block key – please return these when you leave (replacement fee: £5 each).
• One vehicle per pitch unless otherwise agreed.
• The park speed limit is 5 mph.
• Only touring/leisure vehicles allowed – no commercial or sign-written vans.

🐾 Dogs & Children

• Dogs must always be on a short lead (max 1.5m) and never left unattended.
• Please clean up after your dog.
• Children must be supervised at all times, including in facilities and on walks.
• Ball games, bikes, and scooters can be used only in the play area.

🔥 BBQs & Safety

• Charcoal BBQs only – must be raised off the ground and have a water bucket nearby.
• No open fires, fire pits, or generators.
• No EV charging on site (charging point available at Market Rasen Tesco).
• Fire assembly point: grassed area to the left of the shower block.

💡 Electric Hook-Up

• Maximum load: 16 amps per pitch.
• No fan or halogen heaters outside or inside awnings.
• If you lose power, check your appliances first before contacting the warden.

🧍‍♀️ Behaviour & Consideration

• Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 11pm.
• Respect your neighbours and our team – abusive or aggressive behaviour will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• Keep pitches clean and tidy.

🚨 Emergencies

• Fire or medical emergency: Dial 999.
• First aid assistance: Contact Sarah Brighton (Warden) or call 01673 842307.
